My package was delivered very damaged. I called customer service. I had taken photos of the package to attach so they could see the item. The agent I spoke with called the stock room sent me a new package of liners . No problem,He did not even ask to see the pictures. He even suggested to donate the damaged liners to a church or soup kitchen. I was extremely pleased with the customer service.!!! He made sure that the package was wrapped and shipped better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The third party shipper sends damaged merchandise. It was better than the last shipment (which we returned). however the edges were still frayed. Like the box had burst open and they had somehow got it back in the box and then tapped (with LOTS of tape),
