I purchased this couch because of the design and it's features and I am so happy with it. I needed something comfortable that could stand up to a 17 month old and this was perfect. I sleep in the livingroom so my son can have his own room and normal futons are just too uncomfortable so I was willing to spend an extra little amount. Besides... it's cheaper that buying it from any other place online.
I was throughly impressed with this couch. My son put it together for me in about an hour, and it is not only very attractive, it is also totally comfortable both as a couch and the bed. Well worth the price.
I love the way this Convert a couch feels and Looks. You don't know it converts into a bed unless you tell someone. It does take 2 people to put the frame together but It was worth it seeng the results. A very Comfortable Cushion,I wished it would come in different colors maybe in time it will. I like the fact that whenever the cushion needs replacing you can just replace that and not the whole couch,what a GREAT IDEA!
I purchased this as agift for my 19yr old daughter. It is perfect for her room. Her room was so small and confined that this has given her room to move. Also with her at the age she is and going to college she can take this with her when whe moves out or I can use it to turn the room into a office area. My final words is LOVE IT. Highly recommend.
This sofa bed takes a couple hours to assemble. This Frame is well built and the micro-fiber matress/cushion is more comfortable than most beds. My wife and I slept on it for two nights last month. The Sofa looks very stylish and well-made. This sofa bed could retail for $1200 easily at a furniture store. We're proud to have this sofa bed in our living room!
Cushions are thick and good looking, they come compressed in a box that will fit on any front seat of any car, so don't be surprised when you get a small box for cushions that are 5 times that size, everything is compressed in the box, but they sustain no damage, so it's ok. Main frame box is 28x15x78L Bolts for assembly are not the best, the heads will strip if you use the provided hex wrench, but it will be ok if you use a good quality Hex wrench, instructions seem wrong, they seem to have L and R sides the other way around, I guess it depends on how you look at it, but after some thinking you'll figure it out, other than that, everything is great, very confortable to sit and sleep on, looks great and can't be beat for that price. Back rest can be set to 2 angles, something they don't mention.
this is a great couch for apartments and doorways that are too small for regular size couches because is comes in two pcs...is alittle stiff though
When we got it home we realised that the covers didn't quite match the frame in color, it looked faded. I wasn't too concerned as I figure it would all fade eventually but my wife was fairly unimpressed. When I started putting it together there was a piece rattling around inside the arms, I soon found out that this was one of the nut type things that are supposed to be attached to the frame to hold the bolts in place. I decided to fix it myself rather than go to the hassle of repacking it so had to take the bottom off the arm, put the nut back in place then re-upholster the bottom. Then when I finally got it together I realised that someone had mislabelled the mechanisms for the arms so I'd put them on the wrong sides. I should've checked rather than blindly follow the instructions but it took a few minutes to fix. Overall it's not too bad.
...but the shipping is ridiculous. We had a big hole in the bottom of our couch from the shipping process and the mattress cover didnt match the fabric on the rest of the couch. It looked faded. But it converts back and forth with ease. The mattress is comfortable. The bolts stripped too easily...And one side of the bed squeaks...Overall a great couch and bed...I would recommend...
This couch is not like a regular futon. It's much more comfortable. Roomy enough for 2 people to sleep. When sleeping on it, the inner spring cusion feels much better then the most of the cheaper matresses. It gives good support and you don't feel the coils. My only complain is that the decorative pillows are too flat, but it is was easy to correct: I just unzeeped them and added more polyster filing. Free site to store shipping was fast. I highly recomend it to my freinds.
