Omega 3,6 and 9 plus DHA and Vitamin C, all supplements reputed to be good for you and all are in these easy to take and delicious gummies. All totaled of the Omegas is 275mg so not a real high dosage as I was concerned if I could also take these along with the fish oil supplement I take as per my doctor's orders. I did check with her and she said taking it should be no problem with any of my other medicines. I was also pleased to see the vitamin C included with this product especially with cold and flu season just around the corner, I try to up my vitamin C intake to build up my immune system especially now that I am in my late 50s. This product is also reputed to help support vision, joint and heart health. The dosage is 3 gummies which I take in the morning and this particular bottle contains a 30 day supply. I am a fan of products that have no additives, just natural flavors and colors and for those with gluten sensitivity, this is also gluten free. I read through the ingredients and found that the sugar content is fairly low, only 4g per dose and the sodium content which I am also very conscientious of is minimal, only 20mg. I have not taken them long enough to report any significant improvement but also have had absolutely no side effects either. All seems good with this product from the Doctor's Best line. It's easy to take and tastes great. I like it and recommend you try it for yourself....
When I received the doctor's best Omega plus DHA with Omega 3-6-9. It comes as 90 chewables supporting Brain, Heart, Joints, Skin and more, Gelatin Free, Vegan. They are soft chews that taste really good and are chewy. I can't say I feel any different but I know I am getting the suppliments for a healthy body. You can have six a day. I received these Gummies about a week ago,. Have been anxious to try them! I have never taken this type before, so was anxious to see if they help me. They sent me a 3 months supply. I like it that they are natural flavors and colors, that they are gelatin free, Gluten Free, and Vegetable based. They taste like oranges, and very soft and easy to take. Supports the brain, heart, joints, and skin. I like them and know I will start feeling better taking them as they are good for me.
I love that these are gelatin free vegan suppletms. They taste okay. But I can live with that. I'm feeling that they don't have all the nutrients that I need and I'll have to take more supplements on the side. But can beat the idea that I got vegan gummies.

These Doctors best chews have quite the citrus flavor to them. I love that they don't taste like vitamins at all. They also don't stick to your teeth. If you like a lot of flavor, then you will love them. But if you are sensitive to flavor, then they may be to much for you.
I really like this product because has a great taste, it is take and the recommended dosis is similar to other product I have been taking since last year. At this time I do not feel any special results, but I think should wait a couple of week to give a complete review.
I liked the fact that these Omega's were from plant based sources, but when I got them and saw all the sugar in them I was very disappointed. There are 4 grams of sugar in each serving and not the all natural kind but processed. I wish they had used stevia or raw honey maybe to sweeten them. They do have a good flavor and I like that they are citrus and have vit. C in them too but I try and stay away from sugar so I would not buy them again.
