This product helps add collagen back to my system. And helps retain some of the elasticity in my skin.
I take this tablet for one month and I like provide collagen and vitamin c for maximum benefit for the body help for the bone hair skin because is fast absorbing and head to toe cellular support Is easy for digestion because is easy to swallow capsule
The collagen tablets are great for all types of skin. Definitely helps to reduce wrinkles and aged skin.
I love this product. I take the pills it's recommended to take UP to three daily i only take two at night. I just had a baby and notice my hairline getting bald spots and my hair overall feeling thinner. I started these about three months ago and I have so much regrowth. The pills are on the bigger side but they go down easy. I hope u can see the regrowth on my hairline in the photos below ⬇️
Great biotin and collagen supplement. Very high dosage of biotin AND collagen which helps strengthen my hair and nails. My skin looks healthier when I take these pills. Only dislike is the size of the pill. However, pill goes down with no bad aftertaste. Need to take 3 times a day. Vitamin C included as well. Great daily supplement for those looking to have better skin/hair/nails. Modern/ sleek glass container and packaging. Sugar and Gluten free!
This pills hair nails and skin is the best I love them I drink three pills one in the daytime and one in the nighttime and it helps a lot with my hair and skin is the best pills ever
I was pleased with the results of this product, after one week I noticed my skin looked smoother, hair softer and shinier. No difference to my nails, I am going to continue using Dose and Co as part of my daily routine. Only downside to this product is that the pills are quite large.
I have been taking collagen for a while now. I started taking this to reduce caloric intake because I previously took gummed which were 20 calories each. These seem to work pretty well. I went almost 2 weeks without any collagen while I shopped for another brand. I saw my hair begin to fall out again and get brittle. I am over 55 and so it seems these things excel in how fast things revert back. I saw a positive result within the first couple weeks after starting dose

The capsules are big and hard to swallow. Also, the dosage is 3 per day! Not worth the money or effort. There are better alternatives available.
