Double Cords - Light - Green

This Power Systems Tubing is designed to simulate resistance exercises performed on cable weight machines. This equipment is a training aid to help develop and improve strength, power and speed. It's also an excellent cross-training tool for overall fitness. The unique design features two 36" tube-like cords that are connected to a 10.5" nylon anchor strap, which attaches to a doorjamb or other fixed object. Alternatively, a workout partner can hold onto the opposite end. As you begin, this exercise tubing allows you to work multiple planes of movement. The handles are made of padded PVC for a comfortable grip. This lightweight tubing is ideal for exercising at home or in the gym.
