The charcoal shampoo for men is amazing! Love the smell ! Great product!
The whole idea of a charcoal shampoo intrigued me. The fact that it's made for men specifically intrigued me more. Definitely a risk worth taking. Never going to another shampoo.
This shampoo is one of the best I've tried. Even at Walmart it's not cheap but less expensive than other brands. It is worth the price my hair feel so nice and the smell is great. I definitely recommend this product to others.

I've suffered from extremely dry scalp (I don't recall what the actual symptom is) for years, I tried the stuff that was prescribed by my doctor but nothing seemed to work. Eventually, I ended up using Palmers Cocoa Butter formula, I would squirt a few onces into my scalp and rub it thoroughly, this helped control the dryness but it left my hair oily. Recently, I was at my local drug store looking for a men's shampoo and I came across this shampoo, I figured I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. The shampoo helps control the dryness in my scalp for at least 24 hours, anything past that and I do start to see a little flaking in my scalp but nothing remotely close to what I was experiencing prior to using this shampoo. Now I can wear black shirts and not have to worry about the top of my shirt showing a bunch of flakes from my hair. I truly cannot believe what this shampoo has done for my scalp, its like a Godsend. I know it may not work for everyone but rest assured that it definitely works for me.

It also has made my hair look healthier and feel stronger. This is a great product made just for men. I will be purchasing this again after I finish up with the sample I received.

This is what I was hoping for/expecting since I sometimes need a 'cleansing' shampoo to wash away buildup from the shampoos I usually use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Dove Men+Care Shampoo Charcoal product six times and while the product does lather nicely and washes out well, it leaves my hair with a heavy, dull, almost oily feel to it. My hair is fine and I feel this product is a bit too heavy for my hair. After styling it and blowdrying it, I kind of felt the need to wash it again because of how it looked. Usually about two to four hours after washing it and styling it, I looked at my hair, and it really did not look like I even washed it that morning. I like the fragrance of the shampoo, but I don't feel I would ever buy or recommend this product to my friends.

I really enjoyed the smell of it but I need more of it in my hand to wash my hair, it was not very soapy. The smell did not last and after 8 hours of use my hair looked greasy and like I had just rolled out of bed. Smell was nice, everything else was not.
