The great part of this is that it's 16 different kinds. This also eliminates allergy concerns because it's gluten free and doesn't have other fruits or vegetables in it.

I like the easy to open container. The one a day capsules are easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste. The white plastic bottle contains a 60-day supply - no refrigeration required. I wish I could feel a difference so it may just mean I am replenishing the current strains. I take probiotics every quarter and try to vary the strains. Overall, I am pleased with this product.
