We bought this washer along with all of the other Dream Town appliances, furniture, and house for my five year old daughter for Christmas last year. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see how well they would hold up. I have to say that they all held up great! I had never seen a little washer before and my daughter loves it. She loves to play "house" and do her dolly's laundry.
Love the little washer. The door opens up so cute. Really sturdy. I bought this for my little one year old..she loves it..
I bought this for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas last year. A year later she is still playing with it. Since she considers herself a "good laundress" she is constantly packing it with her baby doll's clothes. I've been very pleased with the Rose Petal items.
My almost 2 year old daughter got this with her cottage for Christmas and she loves it! It's very study and VERY easy to assemble! We also have the baby crib & changing table and they too are sturdy and easy to assemble. The real bonus is that my daughter LOVES them!!!!
The Dream Town washing machine is a great addition to the Rose Petal Cottage. I got the cottage along with the stove (included with the cottage) and the baby cradle set for my 3.5 y/o b/g twins, and their younger brother (2 y/o). They all love to play with the cottage so I wanted to add some more accessories. The washing machine is a great addition, they love to *wash* the baby blankets and their sweat shirts (and any other clothes they can get their hands on). Well constructed, a cinch to put together and great to play with. Highly Recommended! :)
I recently purchase the Rose Petal Dream Town Washer for my niece. The whole line of Rose Petal Dream Town Cottage toys are wonderful. It is every little girl's dream to have a playhouse of her own. The Dream Town Cottage and the accessories that go with it are adorable. Thankfully, I read about WalMart's "Ship to the Store" program. I have tromped from store to store looking for these hard to find pieces. It is one of the hottest toys this season. WalMart saved me more time and gas (and who can afford to spend more of that than is necessary?) by shipping my item directly to my local WalMart for pick-up. It was super easy and super convenient.
I guess I didn't read the item description well, because I was suprised when I saw that these Dream Town products are made of heavy duty cardboard. It seems like it will stand up to my three young girls. It took only five minutes to snap all pieces together and it really is very cute.
this washer is smaller than I expected...the top doesn't connect, just sits on the base, so the toddler can lift it off, would be helpful if it snapped on. It seems ok for a young toddler...
I should have gotten out the tape measure before i bought this. It dosent even come up to my knee. and its as wide as both my my legs pushed together. Waste of money. its so tinny. i was really dissapointed. save ur money and put it towards a more expencive one.. i guess u get what u pay for.. my daughter loves it but i look at it as a waste of money.
This item is cute but it the size of my foot to my knee. It's way too small and you can't but anything but barbie clothes in it. Way too small and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 2 years old!
