very good quality elastic. But downside is waiting months and months for walmart to get it restocked and then finding out I can only buy in store only instead of ordering on line when I have been under quarantine being in high risk vulnerable group .
This elastic cord works well for making face masks when it can be found on the rack in the fabric department. Walmart buyers did not anticipate the demand for face mask supplies. The shelves and pegs are bare of cutting tools and elastic, and I have 16 more masks that need this cord.
