Extremely satisfied…when I began pulling it out to take I was greatly surprised to notice it had no screeching tape sound that grinds your ears. That very annoying noise when you're trying to take a box. It was smooth and unnoticeable. Perfect for people who are trying to sneak and move or something or not trying to wake the kids.
Delivery person did not follow delivery instructions. They did not notify me in any capacity that my item had been delivered. i just happened to be walking out my door and saw my item in my path. No knock on the door. They didnt even reach up to push the doorbell button! COME ON!Ringing the doorbell is SO SIMPLE! It doesnt take much effort at all! Theives are thick everywhere! Notify purchaser of delivery before thieves get a chance to steal what the buyer just paid for!

Wouldnt be without it. Always have it for securing boxes for storage, to secure mailers of all sizes, repairs around the house. i usually buy two at a time, as my college-age boy seems to make off with one of the rolls for his needs. Not easy to peel at all. It is really thin that for each use, you have to spend time to peel it, because it rips so so so easily in many parts. Very bad quality for a Heavy Duty Tape. And it is far to be Frustration-Free as mention on the tape refillable Dispenser. I bought a first time , I thought I wasn't lucky and got a defected one, so I buy it again a second time a year later, same problem.
I bought this tape because we are moving and needed something heavy duty. It has Heavy Duty written on the label but the tape peels horribly on every box I've used it on. I've had to use a significant amount just to hold the box flaps down. I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing this item again.
I don't received my order my order arrived to another home I don't know where is it .
This is the worst packaging tape I've ever used. Normally I am a huge fan of Duck brand tapes, but this stuff is terrible. Does not adhere strongly to itself or to cardboard. I don't know what possessed me to buy it instead of 3M brand packaging tape but I will never buy again. Avoid!
