Started using it for a week and already it's lasting longer than most soaps I'm used to (most bars I use lose half their volume after a week). It smells great and makes the bathroom smell nice too (I don't even need a diffuser or plug-in). The bar is also freaking huge, lathers nicely, and doesn't stick stubbornly to my skin like some other soaps. I would most likely purchase again. Definitely if I happen to find it in a local store.
Love all of Duke Cannon “ big bars of soap!!” Having been buying them for several years for my husband, son, son-in-law & grandson. The scents are varied, not over-bearing & a great deal…you get more bang for your buck! All of my men folk always know that their Christmas stockings will be loaded with Duke Cannon products - it's a win-win situation all the way around!!
This soap legitimately smells like beer. If you enjoy the smell of beer then you're bound to like this soap. Oh, and naturally the soap works well and at its size it'll last you some time. Not much else to say! Great product, as with everything DC makes.
Bought this for my husband (a Lonestar beer lover). I was hesitant to buy it for the price but once it arrived, I was totally fine with what I paid for it. It's huge! We both love the scent. It DOES NOT smell like beer (thank God lol). It has a very fresh, woodsy, masculine scent. I would purchase again. Shipping was faster than what was estimated at check out.
I saw this soap & had to try it. I've used Duke Cannon soaps for the past two years, but couldn't find this exact one in my local area. I grew up in Texas and wanted this one, so I ordered it online. It's a fresh sandalwood sent, not too overpowering. It makes me miss Lone Star Beer as well. I haven't had one of those in a while.
I saw this at a gift shop in West Texas but did not get it at the time. I couldn't stop thinking about how great it smelled, so when I got home I tracked it down and ordered it. I wound up getting several items, and all of them smell incredible. It's hard to pick a favorite. I will be buying more as needed. This is a spa treatment product for a man.
Great smell, it doesn't smell like beer. Even with daily use this bar of soap lasts quite a while. I recommend the tactical scrubber which is a pouch with a texture that has a rope attached, it makes it much easier to hold as it is a big brick of soap. I'm pretty sure that John Wayne would use this soap!
I wanted and needed to use soap that last longer. I saw an ad of Facebook and decided to try a few items. I have never heard of a beer soap so i tried this one. After the first shower, i smelled great. After seeing the size of the bar, i believe that i found the right soap for me

While I don't have a "nose" or vocabulary to describe the scent profile of this soap, I can tell that there is more than simple sandalwood here. Try keeping these in a clothes drawer to cure a bit before you use them and they'll also add a bit of scent to your t-shirts.
