Used this when my show horse had a quarter crack. It did a great job of helping keep his feet moist and speed the healing of the crack!! Awesome product! Love all the Manna Pro products
I used this on my mare when it was a long, hot, dry summer. This helped keep her hoofs strong and free from cracks!
Hoof Heal was recommended to me by a farrier when one of our horses became sore after a bad trim from a different farrier. My daughter had a show coming up in two weeks and I feared it would be three or four before the horse could be ridden again. After just three days of using Hoof Heal twice a day the horse was sound and happy. Hoof Heal gives instant relief for stone bruises as well. I use Hoof Heal on a regular basis now to keep my horses hooves strong an supple. We have had rescue horses with hoof issues that have improved tremendously with Hoof Heal. People can not believe my daughter competes on barefoot horses with no issues and I will credit the use of Hoof Heal.
I've been using Hoof Heal for a year now. Our horses hooves get really dry and brittle in the desert heat. I notice a huge difference after a month. I don't have to worry about chipped, cracked feet anymore.
Great for hoof cracks/chipping & thrush! My barefoot farrier recommended this product to me for my 2 rescues. I live in Middle TN where my horses are 24/7/365 on pasture so are exposed to the summer night dew and then the dry hot humid days. This causes them to crack even with great supplements. Other seasons are wet and muddy. I have had to use a product to prevent thrush on a regular basis in the past. Also have dealt with white line also having to treat their feet daily. I used this product all last summer (2018) and the cracking/chipping has ceased. I have not had to use a separate product for thrush prevention either. I'm extremely excited to have their hooves under control and in great condition with regular trims and this product. I look forward to seeing how this works during the remainder of the seasons as well. UPDATE Do to personal health issues I hadn't been able to continue the hoof care I had last year. My farrier does regular trims every 5 weeks however. This Summer has been especially hard on my horses feet. I restarted using Hoof Heal a 3 weeks ago and already am seeing a difference at only one time we week. It would be even better if I could use it more often as I have in the past. I also believe this product helps keep the White Line at bay. When I used it regularly I had no problem with Thrush or White Line. ( I will say I use another product to treat the WLD, but once it's gone it doesn't come back when I use this weekly).
I m very pleased with how great this product works. I use it on all of my horses and even my donkey With this as part of their regular care we are able to combat all hoof issues and prevent major problems
I have used this product since before Manna Pro took it over. Used to be able to buy it by the gallon, but Manna Pro doesn't seem to care about adding extra garbage to the land fill. Now only available in small sizes. I have a large stable in which all horses hooves are painted every other day. I do not appreciate running out of it and having to go buy another small (32oz IS small) container so frequently. WHY IS IT NOT AVAILABLE IN GALLONS ANYMORE ?? I rated it as mediocre value because I have to keep buying it in small sizes. Should be able to refill from gallon container as before Manna Pro took it over.
