Comes intact and ready to use with minimal assembly. It heats great and one full tank last a long time. My home is a 1,154 Sq ft rancher and this heater warms half of it nicely. I enjoyed this heater so much that I bought a second one. Great Heater, Great Price!
This is the best little heater,heats great and is very good on kerosene a tank lasts longer and no odors
Light weight.. really like the removable fuel tank. I haven't yet learned how to adjust the flame, but I'm working on it. When it gets hot the reflection is so red I can't even see the flame.
The smell from the oil is kind of a problem to me,but since it has been so cold it did come in handy. It really keep the garage warm. Other than that I love it.
awesome product. only thing I don't like is the way you have to fill the tank with k1 but all in all great product very toasty.
Easy to use works great .it keeps the house nice and warm.also use the no smell kerosene its so much better
I gave it 4 stars only because we haven't used it for a length of time but by following all the instructions it started off with no problems nor did it smoke like others do. I like how you can take the tank out to fill it without dragging the whole unit as it makes it much easier.
Heater after a few days the button to turn it off recessed into the heater. So this made the turn knob not hold as easily. A slight bump and the heater shuts off.. Where as before it was pretty normal ,taking a bit more of a bump or shake to turn off.
the ignited only worked twice. pain in the butt to light the knobe won't stay turned. you have to hold it in place. pluse try and use a grill lighter to ignite it.
My advice, after purchasing and using this kerosene heater for a couple of months, find a different one. I use it primarily as emergency heat if there's a power outage. But also as auxiliary heat during colder weather as an assist for my heat pump. It's the size I wanted and heats as I expected. However, the wick height adjustment part is ridiculously poorly made. VERY poor design. The heater kicks off multiple times just trying to light it. A lot of times it kicks off just touching the wick adjustment knob. Sometimes, most times actually, takes multiple attempts to even light and adjust wick. Usually takes multiple attempts just to keep the wick raised to lighting height without it kicking off. It's the same thing whether trying to light with battery light system or light manually with matches. Before purchasing I read reviews about the touchy wick system. I was guessing some isolated and maybe exaggerated reviews. NOT! I should have returned this heater! If I had it to do over I would return this heater because of the aggravation of the wick lighting assembly.
