Don't sleep on this perineal balm! I got it early in my second pregnancy and used it to treat hemorrhoids during my second trimester. This product and the perineal spray are EVERYTHING. I love them so much. Every new mama needs them!
Ya'll, I didn't know how much I was going to need this! I wasn't too sure about the cooling effect until I put it on for the first time. So good.
This is amazing stuff, I am 30 weeks pregnant and was suffering from terrible hemorrhoids. Nothing else was working so I thought I'd give this balm a try since I use the diaper balm on my son and it's great. Within a day I was feeling better.. will have to stock up on this for sure.
This is the balm! Not only was it amazing along with the spray for perineal healing, but it helped relieve the hemorrhoids I got during delivery. Great stuff!

I wish I had this the day I gave birth! Day 3 of postpartum my yeast infection flared up down there while I was healing from stitches from 2nd degree tears. It was pretty miserable and I was super red and itchy, the pain was so unbearable! I saw Earth Mama on Instagram and checked out the website. I read the reviews of the perineal balm, the spray and the sitz bath and thought, “I am ordering this NOW!” I was pretty desperate for relief. Pleasantly surprised, two days later I received my package when I ordered regular priority mail. (I thought it would come 5-8 business days later) so naturally I was SO happy and relieved it came so soon! Like all the reviews I read, I can now confirm and say, this is THE BEST perineal balm on the market! It felt so soothing and so relieving that I could actually get sleep at night in between feeding my baby and changing diapers. This is a MUST BUY for healing after giving birth. I used it for the first time after giving birth to my 4th, at home and in water. I wish I had Earth Mamas products for all my previous births. I highly recommend it for after birth, for anything itchy, uncomfortable and healing from stitches! Seriously, it's the best, order it! It's like a breath of fresh air for down there! I run to find this balm whenever I feel the slightest uncomfortability. Will definitely be in my hospital bag for future births!!!

This has been a life saver! I am having awful hemorrhoids with this pregnancy and they were very painful and itchy. Putting this on after using the bathroom brought a cooling feeling and long lasting soothing. It really stays on for a while so it helps a lot.
It works pretty well especially for menopausal women. It does have a faint smell and will leave some green places on my clothing . I would love it if it were softer in texture, no smell, and possible clearish but I will still use it as it does stop chafing.
