The chipper is a true monster for its size. Ate my largest log ( approx. 2 1/2") without hesitation. I have but two minor complaints: the design for attaching the catch bag is poor at best. The bolt used to hold the top of the bag in place is too short and I may replace it with a longer one to see if that makes it easier to cinch the bag's draw string. The other minor issue is the "walking effect" of the unit while running on a flat concrete patio. The vibration tends to cause the unit to gradually turn in a circle. I know, place the unit on dirt or grass but, right? If you want to keep it on a level , hard surface it will "walk". I'll try designing some chocks for the wheels. Overall the unit lived up to my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone.
