Great source of magnesium. I'm used to taking magnesium before bed, and I've been impressed with this brand. It's a great value for the price as well.
This provides a noticeable difference in sleep quality. Take this one at night with zinc - I get a much deeper sleep. Plus, Magnesium is used in all sorts of cellular interactions in your body, so make sure you're taking this every day.

Works Great. High quality and easy to swallow. Wish the lid was kid-proof. But everything else is great.

Fairly large white pill, so beware if you have a hard time swallowing pills - for me, I didn't have a problem taking them. I think getting 100 caplets for the price is a good deal. The lid is not child-proof.
Magnesium is so good for you! I like this brand, too. It seems like higher quality than the regular Walmart brand Spring Valley that you see everywhere. I've been taking it for about 1.5 weeks(not every day per se just because for women it's a little more than the recommended dosage) and I feel pretty good, so I guess that means it's working! :) The pill size and texture(hard tablet instead of capsull) seems like it would be big(see photo) and hard to swallow, but it's actually not bad, I think that's due to the shape. 500mg might be a little too much so my recommendation would be to have a lower threshold option. (According to the internet:The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for adults 19-51 years is 400-420 mg daily for men and 310-320 mg for women.)
Great amount of magnesium, great price. Only issue is I cant swallow pills so its a hassle to cut up, but if you dont have that issue you will probably love this.
