THERE AREN'T 18 OF THEM IN A PACK. Wal-Mart charges for them by the "each." They do work very well and are worth the $2.50 price for each one. Very tough and easy to install.
Cannot believe they just sent me one, not 18! I went to read the reviews, they did that to other customers too! Hope Walmart can check the sellers better.
