Unbelievably great water heater . I have my water heater on its own propane tank old water heater used a 100 lb tank every 2.5 to 3 weeks took 8 months to use the same amount of propane.
Easy install works great. Really quick shipping and delivery.
up and runing
Great price too bad I wasted years with a tanked water heater ...best buy I've made in a while
Was an easy install and I'm please with the hot water output. I have a well and needed to put a higher pressure switch on the pump and remove the flow restrictors off the faucets and shower to ensure a mixture of hot and cold water could be obtained.
works as advertised
I bought this natural gas unit a couple of weeks ago. I ordered it online and the delivery time was outstandingly fast. The installation was time consuming but we'll worth it. I ordered a part to be able to vent thru the roof. The technical support was great. You need good water pressure and the hot water takes a little time to get to the appropriate temperature and you can run it endlessly. So far I am pleased with the product. Time will tell. Can't wait to see my gas bill.
I bought this a month ago and it works well in the bathtub/shower; however, even after replacing my kitchen faucet and supply lines I still cannot get hot water to my kithen sink without turning on the vanity in the bathroom.
I bought this item this month and it does not work properly. It either freezes you or burns you. You can't adjust it and to top it off it looks like it was used and returned.
It doesn't come with all the parts needed for vertical venting. I'm still trying to find a place that will sell the additional parts I need. I have no idea how the unit will work. But if I had it to do over again, I'd buy a traditional heater with a tank.
