I got these brushes a few weeks ago and since then I have been able to toss so many old brushes out! All the brushes took so much room in my makeup bag and would get ruined by other products. The fact that this is 2 small brushes that opens into 5 of your most necessary brushes is just amazing!! Its so easy to keep them together and to store them where ever. Whoever designed these was a genius cause it saves me so much space and hassle looking for the brushes! Plus they are so soft!! I love these Eco Tools Refresh in 5!!! Refresh in 5 is a great set of tools. I love the convenience of throwing these in my bag for use on the go. These are high quality brushes in convenient storage. It's really nice that all of my tools that I need are just in two simple containers. The design makes it super easy to put them away fast when you're finished. It also has safeguards so you aren't closing the cap on the bristles and ruining them. The brushes themselves are super soft, nice, and feel high quality. Overall this is a great set of tools. Great price for quality brushes.
The Eco Tools Refresh in 5 Brush Set has exceeded my expectations. This set is super cute, compact, travel-friendly, eco-friendly, and very easy to use. I love to travel light, but with all my essentials and this set has eliminating the need for multiple brushes. Not to mention, they are made from quality materials and I don't have to worry about replacing them for a while. The bristles are soft yet firm with no shedding so far and they remain intact after cleaning. I am very pleased with this set and totally agree that that work for touch-ups. The brushes aren't very dense and the bristles are a bit thick, so they don't hold product very well. They are flexible but not too soft and flimsy. The “concealer” brush is pretty small and doesn't work for that purpose (I just use my fingers?) The angle brush is okay... but again the bristles are thick and few, which doesn't give you a whole lot of precision. This could be a better product really...
Aside from the spoolie and face brush, none of the other brushes are something I would bring if I needed brushes on the go. The brow brush is too thick for precise lines so I prefer to use it for highlighting under my brow bone/concealer to cut my brow shape. The conceal brush could be used for its purpose but using fingers would do the same job, much more useful for packing on eyeshadow shimmer but not something I would pick if I had only 5 brushes to use. Would have much preferred a fluffy blending brush for eyeshadow/highlighter. The blush brush is very small and dense so maybe better to use it for concealer. The brushes themselves are soft and good quality, just the execution of this concept needs to be better- potential for 10/10 product here
