I own a small cafe and keeping knives up to par is a tough challenge. This product is fast and leaves a really good slicing, skinning & cutting edge.
THIS IS SECOND KNIFE SHARPENER I HAVE HAD LIKE THIS. THE FIRST ONE WAS SUPER SO WHEN IT DIED I BOUGHT ANOTHER JUST LIKE IT. CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS FOR HOME USE. (NOT COMMERCIAL)
Have used this sharpener's older siblings for decades. Own two, old one in garage, new one in kitchen. Works like professional models. Have seen nothing comparable for the home. Sometimes hard to find, but worth the effort. Walmart price is the best I've seen by $10 or more.
