This is the only way I fill my cell phone, great prices and I can use my bonus coupons right on my phone to get the extra bonus minutes on top of my double minutes that came with my Walmart Tracfone. Only problem is WM doesn't email your minutes on weekends, so if you order Friday you won't get the email "code" to load your minutes until Monday.
Using this method of adding minutes.. is great.. I can do it when needed and don't have to worry about it. I was just in the hospital and this was done in a timely fashion.. Thanks, Walmart for making this process painless..
this is an excellent way to get minutes. its actually cheaper than buying at a store plus you don't waste gasoline.i'll use this method from now on. i received my pin for unlocking the minutes within 15 minutes of purchase.
Because I was ill I was unable to get to the store to purchase a new phone card before the time on my Tracfone expired so I did the next best thing I could think of - order one on line. Wasn't sure I could do it but I found I was able to. Response was I'd receive a pin number within 48 hours. My time would run out within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my pin number in my email about 15 to 20 minutes later (I'm not exactly sure of the time). So I am grateful that this was so easy and I thank you very much.
It was very easy to order this Email Delivery TracFone card. I was messaged right away to let me know my TracFone card was on it's way. I received another Email Mail when my card was ready to view and a special code to view card. After that I could Print or Save my card.
love tracfone, made it possible for my family of 7 to stay in touch when we are not at home, and saves us so much money because we refill only when we need to! Not monthly, each card lasts 90 days, if you use those minutes up, its no problem, buy another inexpensive card, you get an additional 90 day life minutes added to your days you already had. Another great feature of tracfone is now you can buy phones that give you not just double but triple your minutes, so this little inexpensive card just gave 360 minutes on my phone and I had a promo code, which was emailed to me by tracfone (if you aren't emailed or texted one no worries they can be found on line in bing search) which gave me 40 additional minutes. I highly recommend thracfone, I use it for my teens, it teaches them to conserve minutes, because they know they aren't getting another card for a certain time period and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg! When I can't find the 90 minute card in stores (only) I buy this one, great deal! This was also emailed to me within 15 minutes after purchase, so I did not have to wait for it in the mail or pick it up, its convenient that Wal-Mart does this, they send you the code (make sure you double check your spam folder) I entered it in my phone and Walla, good to go!
I ordered more time for my cell phone, and it did take a while for me to understand that it is all done via the computer!!! It was maybe a 5 day gap from when I'd expected the delivery, but I had expected it via the US Mail!!! However once I really read the responses from Walmart, I gave them a bit more thought and took a chance, for one who isn't really internet savvy and luckily found the correct piece of mail and was able quite easily to have those minutes on my phone quickly!! So, I'd say that this is the way to go, and it certainly saved me gas because I didn't need to go anywhere and I also learned something about doing the purchase on line!
You would think that an emailed product would take minutes, or at most hours to get to your inbox. This product took half a day. We wanted to buy the minutes online because at the store there is tax and other charges, but online there is none of that. Great price, slow processing.
There was no issues with buying the prepaid card to recharge the Trac Phone. My issue was the 3 days to receive the email with the code to add the purchased minutes to the phone. It stated "you may receive the code within hours of purchasing", that was a pipe dream. The only reason I bought the card through Walmart was I needed the minutes first thing in the morning because I forgot to buy one the previous night. If Walmarts delivery system is always three days after purchase I could have walked there and back and still beaten them by two days.
You will receive your code "eventually" . It could be 3 hours or 3 days. I've experienced both. This makes this method unreliable. Go to store and pick up your item to save yourself aggravation.
