In the past no end of difficulties with E-mail delivery. This time instead of 4 days or more it came in a couple of hours. Lets hope this continues. Will post any new reviews if in the future any other E-mail deliveries go astray.
Used this card to top up my sons virgin mobile phone. Great value. Virgin mobile has great service and is a lot less expensive than adding my son to my plan. I actually might cancel my expensive plan to go with virgin mobile.
This was a great way to go. I was having trouble getting Virgin Mobile to accept my charge card to start my service. Using the prepaid card I purchased from Walmart, I got service immediately and saved a buck.
I think it's pretty cool and convenient I think they just need to make the delivery of the pin number alot shorter other than that I think it's pretty cool.
I actually was looking for a $35 Top-Up card. So I wasn't too happy when I couldn't find it. But otherwise, it's a very convenient & fast way to purchase more phone time.
I bought this card because I needed to top-up my phone for the next day and the description said the codes were usually sent instantly. This was not the case. I did not even receive an email confirming my purchase until the next day and then a day after that I received a phone call to confirm my purchase before the email was sent with the top-up code. The code worked fine but do not buy if you need to top-up any time soon.
Only get your minutes this way if it is the last resort. I purchased the TopUp card under the impression that I would have my code within a few hours, as I was led to believe by the product description. After not getting an email with my TopUp PIN for over 24 hours, I called customer support and questioned the hold up. My order was tracked by the associate and I was told that the email had already been delivered the previous day. Knowing that the email address given was correct, and the messaged didn't get sent to spam, I gave up and thought I'd lost the 40 dollars. To my surprise, 4 days later, the email shows up after I've already gotten a new set of minutes through a different method. I was highly unsatisfied with this purchase, and will never buy minutes in this fashion again.
I ordered this product on a Sunday and used my WalMart credit card. I thought by ordering and paying "in house" it would be processed faster. I received the email about the purchase almost instantly. That being said, I didn't receive the activation email until Thursday. If you are in need of minutes on your phone in a hurry, you should just go to WalMart and buy it so you can have your minutes. I was extremely disappointed in the turn around time from ordering and being able to access the card.
I bought two pins online and could not use either pin # via website or 800 #. Had to get to a customer service rep (no easy task), which took 15 minutes the first call. Once I had someone, she tried the pins and it gave her an error, wanted me to forward the emails from Walmart confirming my order and then call back. Called back, was told they would have a contact resolution specialist call me. So far, nothing. I thought buying them here would be safer than doing it on the Virgin Mobile website itself, I've been double charged several times with them, but I guess not. Almost $100 spent, I have nothing to show for it and now I can't make calls.
I really need to figure out how to return this because it did not work. Apparently because I have a Virgin Canada sim card it would not load. I really need someone to help me get a refund on this...
