Have used this for years as a replacement for compounded Progesterone my insurance would no longer pay for and was cost prohibitive. Pharmacist said if says Progesterone USP it has the real thing in it. Price here very good, fast delivery.
The product was as described and does help with my hot flashes. It didn't come quickly; however, with the pandemic I can certainly forgive that. I will certainly be ordering again when these run out.

I found this to be the only OTC medicine that helped with my hot flashes. It didn't stop them entirely but it did reduce frequency by about 60 percent, though I did not notice much of a reduction in severity, maybe a little. I have, however, been using it only seven days, so it may continue to have more efficacy after longer usage. Still, at this point, I would recommend it, because it has helped.
