Absolutely love this Epilator. I've never used any other and this one makes me not want to use any others.
For a while I have been looking for something like this. I spend so much money waxing. I wish I have found this before. The first time was very painful but the second was much better and I notice my hairs are growing thinner. It is painful but it gets the job done.
All I have to say is.....STOP LOOKING AT OTHER EPILATORS AND BUY THIS ONE!!
Fantastic! Best one yet! Out of five different ones, this is the smoothest one. Hardly feel it working. Takes off more in one pass than the others. Start with this one if you are a first timer. On the face is good too!
Removed the chin/lip hairs with moderate discomfort the first time I used it . Then only minimal discomfort. After third time of use, in one week, decrease in number of new hair growth noted. Just as the instructions stated.
To be fair, this device has well beyond passed my expectations as I've owned the exact unit pictured for OVER 10 YEARS and wanted the exact same one as a backup for the day mine finally dies. That said, my purchase arrived in a different color than pictured, the packaging was torn (as if pre-opened) and even though the device looked new, upon inspection, I found a short dark hair in the "teeth" of the epilator, eww gross! I sent it back, let them know and still awaiting what has become a very slow return process. Just an unlucky purchase i guess.
I read about the device in MORE magazine. I've tried almost everything out there. What I like the most is that it works and it's not expensive. I have a few hairs that I had to manually tweeze but that's ok.
The pain is unbearable but the results are fantastic. Which is why I find it hard to rate this product. Myself I have a high tolerance for pain but I cringe at the thought of using this product. But in areas where body hair isn't so long or thick it wasn't as painful. Also I think you will get use to the pain as you continue to use this product. I've owned the epilator for less that a week and despite the pain I get tons of use out of it.
Does not "catch" all the hairs.
This shaver is powerful. But I find that it tends to pinch my skin. The shaver head is powerful, so at points it grabs at the skin causing bruise marks. I am actually afraid of it. Like all epilators it initially hurts, but overtime and if used on a regular basis the hurt lessens
