This device packs a punch! It's quick and easy to use, it pulls out hair quickly. I use it to remove some light hair on my back. With one stroke it removes about 90% of the hair. Sometimes I need to go over the same area with a few more strokes, but not much to get the remaining hair. Very quick and for the most part painless. The product doesn't feel cheap. It is a bit top heavy, as the top is made mostly of metal. The base is plastic. It comes with an extra long cord. It's also fairly easy to clean. The top removes and it come with a brush to help dust out the hair that accumulates. Only problem is that it's hard to angle use on the midline back. You just have to get someone to help you out in this area. : )
My husband has a lot of hair on his chest and back. He is so self conscious about it that he won't go to have it waxed. He tried shaving but the stubble was so itchy. I tried using a drug store home wax kit and it was messy and only removed some of the hair. He thought he would have to just shave and deal with stubble until I found the emjoi mens epilator. He said the head (feels cold and you can put it in the freezer) feels good on the skin and takes some of the “sting” away from taking the hair out. Since he has a lot of hair the 1st time he used it took a while to use but has taken less time the more he uses it. Make sure you trim your hair first (he used the comb on the shaver head) before the epilation head. It makes the tweezers grab the hair better when the hair isn't super long. He loves this product.
My boyfriend (cause of me) waxes his chest. He normally has to wait 2 weeks before it grows out to wax. The “grow out” period is annoying for him and me :-). I have another emjoi unit and tested on him a while back and it worked great. When I saw they came out with an emjoi made for guys we gladly bought it. It is way easier then having to go to the nail place to have his chest wax and cost the price of about 2 sessions of waxing. The trimmer is great to shorten the hair before you pluck it out and he said it's the same feeling as waxing. Highly recommend it!
Based on internet search this was a nice savings. Arrived earlier than projected. After a week of use, VERY pleased with results.

This a great product, but be prepared to feel a little pain when it pulls the hair out. The first time is the worst and it gets more bareable with each use.
I love this thing!! Its cool to have a mens only trimmer! I use it on my legs and it last about 2 weeks, the hair grows really slow!! You can tell because the hair is completely pulled off. A tip: shave with a regular shaver first that will minimize the pain, it can be pretty painful but hey beauty is pain people! It deserves all 5 stars ive had no problems with it.
Your skin will start bleeding then acne and pimples will show. It's been days and I still have them.. Wanna mess up your skin? Go ahead and buy it! RETUNED!
Yeah if you actually have a need like I did to use something like this, I suggest going to get a wax instead. Then when your hair starts to thin out buy this. I have really course hair, and all this product did was break half of the hair and make me bleed like crazy. It worked on my hands ware the hair is thin, but chest and stomach not so much. Also if you have the amount of hair that I did be prepared for it to take a while. However it is really nice for its extra attachments. But you can always get an electric razor that does the same thing as they do. It has not been even close to two weeks now and the hair has grown back. This is due to the fact that it was just broken off instead of pulled out. For the amount of time and pain I would have thought I wouldn't have to use it again for a few weeks. I was wrong. DON'T BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE ACTUAL MAN HAIR!!
