It was quick delivery and the product was as I expected. I am very pleased with my order.
We have used several firepits but this one, by far, is the best. The deep bowl and cutouts allow the fire to burn wonderfullyut while allowing heat to warm your legs and feet. We have a 3 year old who loves to sit around the fire with us and the rail around the outside is barely warm so there is no danger of her being burnt. Great deal and looks wonderful on our patio.
There is an inside grate that is too small for the bowl. I'm not going to be cooking on the grate anyways, but other shopper should be aware. Overall, quality is good.
I love this fire pit, it is nice and deep. The slits on the sides helps with starting the fire and makes it pretty at night because you can really see the fire on all sides not just the top like with most fire pits. I wish they sold a solid cover and not just the screen that it comes with. I would definitely recommend this fire pit
Excellent Quality for the price
Nice and big but the actual fire bowl metal could be much thicker. Not sure how long it will hold up to hot fires
The metal is as thin as possible, while it looks nice from afar, up close, it looks and feels cheap. Started to rust after first use, despite never having been exposed to rain. Also, the grill, which is already covered with rust after first use, actually started to bend under the weight of a few little logs, once it heated up. Little faith it will last long, and I would certainly never give my money to this manufacturer again.
I ordered this June 1st. I received a confirmation email saying that would be here around Father's Day. Now it's saying I'm not going to get it until the end of July? This is the worst service I have ever had. Do not purchase from this company. This is supposed to be a Father's Day present for my husband. Extremely disappointed.
