a must have for everyone, they just do not knock it
This was exactly what I needed. Something that could charge one battery if I needed or multiple batteries. The best part is I can charge several different kinds of batteries at once. Most of the time you can only change the same type of battery and you have to have two of them. Some of my devices only take one battery so I would have to wait for a second one to need recharging before charging them up again.
I had a older charger which worked well until a couple of months ago and since it worked so well I thought I would buy another. Then I saw this newer product which chargers a lot of batteries that I did not even know that was rechargeable which will save money and help out the environment which we all see with the crazy weather that is happening more each day. I have some rechargeable batteries that can be already charged in it but can not wait to order the other ones that will be able to be charged in it just the thought amps me up. So if you are looking for something to help out the environment and save some money then I recommend this product for you to give it a try.
This device saves me lots of money on batteries! When we bought the Cat's Meow for our 4 cats we started using too many batteries for it so we decided to get this along with the rechargeable batteries and it works very well! I would definitely recommend this if you have a need for it!
It's Energizer, do I really need to say more?
I recently purchase 4 cordless microphones that uses 2 AA batteries for each microphone. The Energizer Family Battery Charger makes it possible for me to charge all 8 batteries at one time. The automatic cut off feature takes away the worry of overcharging the batteries and will prolong battery life. Good product. Glad I bought it
Only just received this item, so no comment yet on function, performance, etc. For others considering purchase, note this in description: "Power is only on when the lid of this Energizer Recharge universal battery charger is closed for added security" There is NO cover. The first batteries received were installed and there is a solid green light along the side which indicates charging. No cover included or needed. The description needs to be modified. Since many reviews are years old, it is possible this was a "feature" at one time, but no longer. 4 stars only because the description needs to be updated.
TRIED CHARGING 1.5V BATTERY WOULD ONLY CHARGE TO 1.35V NOT SURE GOING TO TRY OTHER SIZE BATTERIES TO SEE WHAT THEY DO????
I was excited when I got the charger however within in a few weeks two of the four inside components stopped working. I thought it would have held up better than that. I was charging mainly D batteries. Also, the charge doesn't hold very long. Was definately not what I had hoped for.
Green light keeps going out which means they are recharged but when you put batteries into something they are not charged
