Hello. I am an engineer for Walmart and enjoy playing video games with my 4 boys and my daughter. I have had these Scoria gaming headphones for over a year and they have been great. Hit the Walmart site today to buy another set for one of my boys . His Razor headset quit working and we were comparing the 2 sets. The Scoria are bulky but comfortable. They sound great. Bass is really good. I have dropped them or gotten my leg caught in the cord many many times and can't believe they have lasted so long and sound so great. I have even destroyed one of the USB ports on my PC yanking/tripping on the cord. But the headset keep on working perfectly. So , it is hard for me not to buy another set of these, because they have performed flawlessly. My son and I were comparing the failed headset to the Scoria and the Scoria's cord is so much thicker. Like 3-4x as thick. I can see why it has lasted at my home. The colors change which is cool. The microphone is better than average but not pro grade. I use them for business meetings and they work fine. The mic is retractable if you don't need it sticking out by your cheek.
Both my boys ages 24 and 12 are big gamers I got each a pair they love them perfect in every way
Good stuff
Bought these for my son and he really likes them. They have good sound quality with really good base. The microphone is good but not professional grade. They are study and comfortable according to him. The only complaint he has is that the cord tries to twist and tangle up. The mute feature is great for when his mother comes in to talk to him while he's video chatting with friends. Great for video gaming.
replaced sony PS3 wireless with these. Sound is great. My son is picky about things, especially if it's not a well known brand, but he liked these and the price was right. I'd recommend them.
The sound is great. The software is annoying and troublesome to find without any clear directions. Also - when you play sound the microphone pics up the sound of whatever is playing through the headphones. Gave mine to the wife so she can listen to music but doesn't talk on the computer much.
They look and feel great, and the length for the chord is pretty long and very thick and durable. the vibration and surround sound is great. but the only drawback is the volume. its too low compared to my Steel Series Arctis 3's and the mic is short which is probably why I have to speak louder in to it in order for anyone to hear me while playing games online. other than that, they are great. bought them for my wife and she loves them more than I do.
