I been on Ensure for about 2 month's to help me keep food on my stomach and weight gain I lost 25 pounds in a year from not being able to keep food on my stomach from GERD I tried Ensure with protein didn't like it so I'm back to drink vanilla original which I like

I gained 1 pound a day drinking this. I lost so much weight fighting SIBO i could not keep any food down rather could not put much in because of gas. Ensure helped with lost nutrients. I still drink it daily. Buy the large cans of powder cheaper and goes long way. All you need is 1 or 2 glasses a day and you all set. Plus added energy i was lacking for so many years.

I am so happy that Ensure Plus does not contain artificial sweetner as I (and a few of my friends) are actually allergic to the artificial sweetners . Unfortunately, according to my allergist it is becoming more and more common as people are becoming allergic to the artificial sweetners. I drink two bottles per day to maintain my weight. It also is delicious and I thank the makers of Ensure Plus every day for without it I would not be doing as well as I am. Please don't ever change the formula for Ensure Plus. Thank you.

Vanilla Ensure Plus is THE BEST! No question! I initially drank it as my post-workout "shake" when I started weight training in my early 20s. I soon found that it served me in other great ways!
