I definitely will be purchasing more of this instead of other healing ointments. This ointment revived my dry skin and lt lasts much longer than my other ointments.
This is an OINTMENT not a lotion and I have what they call a diabetic rash on my legs and feet, so I have used many products of the lotion type and FINALLY I found something that works for me, OINTMENT . I recommend applying at night so it can absorb into the skin as it feels greasy when applied so if your applying daytime you wont be able to wear nylons etc as it will stick to the nylon, being a man its not hard to apply daytime , putting on socks and shoes and wearing long pants.
Husband is an avid runner. Likes to use this product during the winter months to protect his face skin from the wind and cold air. Great protect for dry heels, also! Was recommended by my dermatologist to eliminate scarring - I'm sold! Thanks soooo much for the home free delivery option, much appreciated!
This ointment hydrates my skin better than anything else I have tried. It looks like petroleum jelly, but it is not greasy once it is rubbed in. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated even through many times of washing my hands. I had a friend who is a doctor comment on the hydration of my skin. It is good stuff and I highly recommend it!

Love it, best product for cracked skin
Has a Vaseline type texture, but I am very happy with it. I only use it a couple of times a week sometimes more, but it smooths out wrinkles and softens skin. Have a dry patch on the back of one of my legs that gets itchy, works well in that spot as well.
I am a big fan of the name brand product and never noticed much difference until this round. This product seemed to liquify much quicker than in the past but I am not spending another 100% to compare to name brand product.
Trying to save a few bucks, I decided to try this brand instead of the one I really wanted to get- aquaphor. The consistency is thinner and not as thick compared to aquaphor. Unfortunately my little one has dry skin in the winter time. After a warm bath and massage aquaphor into his skin, it does the trick. With this product, it's more like an overpriced container of Vaseline. Two or more applications of this = one use of aquaphor. Will not buy this again. I will stick to what works very well for me- aquaphor.
I bought this in replacement of my Aquaphor ointment when I ran out. This isn't a substitute at all, I'm sorry. I love Equate products, but this is the first one that hasn't cut it. My lips and skins are chapped and cracked. No healing. I wish I read other people's reviews before purchasing.
