The title expresses my opinion. Defo want the minerals, and the single tablets contain about half a day's worth of Ca++, so I only have to take one w/brekkie and one at bedtime. Pretty much the easiest way to get your calcium when you're lactose intolerant.
Good source of calcium carbonate, D3 and Minerals.
Sure, you CAN pay a lot more for name brand but it's the very same thing. Easy to swallow and that's important.
This calcium pill (it was purple) was a little smaller then the ones I generally buy. Which is a big importance to me. Cannot swallow big pills.
Good Product. Only Good From Walmart if sent to my P O Box for safety reasons or for me to pickip at the Store. If it is to come Fed Ex Home Delivery I will order product from another store.
Equate products are cheaper
I'm a senior on a fixed income so I usually do a lot of comparing when purchasing supplements. This equate calcium plus minerals has everything I'm looking. It was the best deal for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Good quality. I especially like the coating and rounded shape which makes swallowing easier than many other calcium supplements.
Good amount of pills for food additives. good smell, taste (i don't like aroma and taste flavourings in such things)
I am 71 and my dr recommended I take Calcium, and to make sure it contains Vitamin D. This fits the bill nicely. I have taken them at least 3 yrs and have been quite satisfied with them.
