Works just as well as the name brand stuff. Good to keep on hand during the winter months when the little Petri dishes are stuck inside at school all day.
My son has a lot of trouble with leg pain and this has been a life saver for his pain. The flavor is just right, its one of the few medications that doesnt make him sick to his stomach.

Good quality for the money
Works great in place of Tylenol brand. Bonus points that my 3 year old will take it with no help from me. I simply measure it out and hand it to her, and she takes it without complaint. It is super sticky, so be sure to rinse your cup or syringe out before storing.
This works the same as the name brand but is definitely more cost effective and my kids prefer the flavor of this brand
I just love that Equate has children's acetaminophen, not only is it just as effective but it is half the price of the regular Tylenol brand. My children actually say that this brand tastes better, so we will definitely continue to buy this brand!
I am currently suffering from vertigo and have an irritated throat and can't take pills. Per my body weight of 140 lbs the adult dosage is 20 ml 2hich us to the top of the dose cup. Works great 😃👍
excellent pain reliever better than all the name brands, my child loves the flavor and you get 4 fluid ounces for the price that 1 fluid ounce cost you of the name brand. we are now parents choice believers it typically only by that brans and it is amazing 😍
My kids hate the taste of this. I wanted a different kind, but this was a substitute they gave me...works in a pinch if you can get them to swallow it.
