I have had a difficult time falling asleep since my surgery. Some nights I find myself awake well into the early morning. Not good. I have been very reluctant to use any type of prescription sleep aide because of possible side effects. One day while shopping for Tylenol I came across Equate Diphenhydramine HCI Nighttime Sleep-Aid Caplets..25 mg. Too be honest, it was the purple cap that first caught my eye. I am glad that I did. I now occasionally take two caplets at night before bed and I find myself asleep in no time, without the drowsy after effects when I wake up in the morning. Take it from a skeptic, they worked like a charm for me.
They put you to sleep. you might have to take five of them at a time but they do work.
Diphenhydramine usually didn't help with my sleep in the past though (maybe my old age) this brand is strong, I slept well yes, but was feeling tired after morning coffee then needed a 4 hour nap, which is definitely much much better than no sleep at all, so I take a half pill I LOVE THEM 😍 (insomniac)
My dr recommend I cut my 50mg back down to 25mg so I'm not so groggy the next morning. I found this product %26 thought I'd give it a try. Seems to be helping with less grogginess the following morning but still helps me sleep.
I have the hardest time trying to fall asleep but I don't struggle so much when I take Equate Diphehydramine chi night time sleep aid . 25 mg . I don't wake up tired or groggy.
I'm soglad I saw this product on Walmart's website. It goes to work quickly, but doesn't leave you groggy in the morning (if you get a sufficient amount of sleep). It's also perfect for my situation; I'm disabled %26 I also care for my Mother (82 yrs. young 🥳). At times I'll have trouble getting to sleep, but don't especially need a pain reliever, so I don't want to take acetaminophen when all I need is a sleep aid. The price is reasonable as well, with 365 caplets in the bottle. One bottle will last me a very long time. I highly recommend this product.
If I'm not mistaken, you get a bottle of 365 diphenhydramine for like $8.00. A regular bottle of Walmart diphenhydramine costs approximately $4.00 for 100 caplets. In order to get just 300 caplets, you would spend $12.00. This is a much better price for the amount you get AND they're PURPLE 💜💜💜
it helps me sleep on nights i would be unable to sleep. however, i will STOP ordering from or shopping at Walmart if they continue to stop selling anymore of the things i buy. Example: i buy Ragu spag sause...one of two. but they have been 'out of stock so much lately that i am on the verge of finding someone else who delivers groceries!!.
I am irritated about your constant my ox out of stock status on your Bigelow, decaffeinated, tea, bags, and several other items that I always shop!
I usually buy "Equate Nighttime Sleep Aid Diphenhydramine HCl Caplets, 25 mg" (see picture) so when I saw this product, I thought they'd be exactly the same but a better value. Unfortunately, they simply do not work as well as those in the picture. I'm stumped to figure out why, they are both 25mg Diphenhydramine, but this product simply does not make me drowsy. I ended up throwing them away.
