I have alot of problems with pain in my hands and feet daily, especially mornings and nights after working out in the property and gardens all day. I really like the taste of them, they have a very flavorful coating making it very easy to swallow down. Usually within 30 minutes my pain is gone, both in mornings and nights.

The tablets are capsule shaped and not too big. You can take 2 every 8 hours. I only needed to take 2. My headache went away and didn't come back.
