Having acetaminophen and ibuprofen combined has worked wonders for me on days that the body aches just won't quit. I highly recommend it.

The tablets are capsule shaped and not too big. You can take 2 every 8 hours. I only needed to take 2. My headache went away and didn't come back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Equate Dual Action Pain Reliever. This pain reliever contains 250mg of Acetaminophen and 125 mg of ibuprofen. The tablets come in a plastic bottle with screw off child proof lid. The bottle contains 36 caplets. The tablets are oval shaped and have a cream-colored hue. The have a slight scent but it's not overpowering. I took two caplets with 8oz of water this weekend. My back was aching from doing yard work and this helped give me some relief.
