I feel perfect with it. It really works for 24 hrs and works better than omeoprazole or Lanzoprazol. For me it sin exactly the same that if I use Nexium.
Anyone who says it's not the same as Nexium may have gotten the omeprozale not this. Esomeprazole is not the same as omeprazole- Nexium and this have the exact same active ingredient. It is no different than when I was prescribed the generic version of Nexium via prescription only.
Only thing that seems to work for me. I don't understand why they don't just put it in one bottle though, stop wasting so much plastic.
The last two bottles I have opened had broken capsules in them. Medicine spilling out every where. Not happy about that! Getting less than i paid for. Possibly less medicine that I require. Taking a broken capsule with less medicine in it then having to suffer through the symptoms it is supposed to prevent. Having to take an additional pill to relieve symptoms. Potentially causing more health issues.
I was happy to find this because I was having trouble with Nexium. I think the dosage of Nexium is too strong for me. This is much cheaper and my side effects went away when I began taking it. It must be a weaker dosage, but that is ok with me because that's what I needed. I did go through a period of rebound for about 3 day's but it was worth it. This formula would be great for someone who is trying to wean off Nexium. I've tried other generic esomprozole medicines and this one must be the lowest amount.
Have to take 2 to Equal one of my prescription strength pills. Esomeprazole- is the generic of Nexium. Omeprazole- is the Generic of Prilosec. Same Family of medicines but slightly different.
these dont work great for me. I have to use the name brand. the price is perfect, but these hardly helped me at all
I have been taking Nexium off and on for a few years to manage my terrible heartburn. I was really happy to see the Equate version on the shelf because the formula is the same and it costs $8 less for a 6 week supply. Unfortunately, it is not working AT ALL. I've given it 4 days and my heartburn is getting worse by the minute. It hasn't been this bad in years. This product is new, but for me it's entirely ineffective. I made a special trip to the store to pick up some Nexium. The Equate version is worthless, hopefully I'll be able to return it and get my $15.00 back.
I tried it for 2 weeks and my GERD came back. Definitely not as good as Nexium.
Everything read said same as nexium which had worked for me. I usually use omeprazol. I took this for a week and was in pain by the evening and had trouble sleeping. I switched back and I'm fine. Now I'm out $15 for bottles of meds that don't do any good
