Works on hot flashes and discomfort better than name brand comparables on symptoms of menopause. I would definitely recommend this.
So for like over a year ago after having covid for the second time. i felt tried all the time. Doctors were no help. A friend told me to try menopause support that might help. It did. I've tried so many natural supplements to help with my hot flashes %26 night sweats and none helped much, if at all, until I tried these. As long as I take one of these a day, those symptoms are 90% gone. If I skip more than a day or 2, I start having daily hot flashes again.
I bought this based on the positive reviews. And I am so happy I did! By the end of the first week the intensity of the hot waves was less. By the end of the second week the frequency was cut in half. I have finished my first box and hot waves are gone! Im not kidding! I'm not tired all the time anymore and my mood is so so much better. I feel like myself again. I ordered and received 3 more boxes so I do not run out. The store seems to be out of stock a lot and now I know why. If you are thinking of buying this, try it! I feel so lucky to have found this product! I take one every morning and that's it, so easy to remember😃
I'm 50. YO This product really kicked in at about 20 days, so stick with it ladies! It has stopped my hot flashes completely, which were happening about 4-5 times a day. I still sweat a little at night, but it's soooo much better that what they were before. I was having to sleep with towels draped across my bed and pillows. I can't speak to any of the other benefits listed as I don't have those issues (yet LOL)
l am so glad l opted for this product. l was going to get the name brand, but due to budgets, I decided to give this brand a shot after comparing the ingredients. The 2nd night l already felt a difference, and by weeks end, l was getting a full nights sleep without hit flashes waking me up! l have been taking for a month now and am extremely happy with this product! l now have it on automatic shipment. l take at dinner time as you are auppoae to take with food and by taking at dinner, there is plenty of time for it to kick in before l go to bed. Highly recommend this product!

This supplement is the best! I used to use the name brand but the price just got ridiculous...for reference, it's about double the cost of Equate Menopause Support. If you check the ingredients, they are exactly the same. Why spend the extra money for the same result? The best part is, it works. I had very early menopause. My mom told me during my frst hot flash (I didn't know what was happening) that her menopause lasted TEN YEARS!! I told there is NO WAY I can do this fora decade. She laughed and told me, "good luck trying to stop nature". I'm going on 15 yrs (yikes). These pills have helped so much. I used to have about a dozen flashes a day (don't even get me started on the night time flashes!). I had the kind that make you want to tear your clothes off and jump in the freezer. After being on this for about three wks, the number, intensity and frequency were SIGNIFICANTLY reduced and continued to get better. I know it doesn't work for everyone but give it a try. There is enough in the box to last for a month. You will know after one package of taking it consistently, if it is going to work for you. You just have to take it every day.
This menopausal support seems to be working. I have been taking it for 8 days now and I definitely have little to no hot flashes. I'm actually cold again which I haven't felt in a very long time. Definitely not complaining. I might have a little more energy. Not quite sure on that yet. I have tried black cohosh before as well as siberian rhubarb for hot flashes and neither worked. Super thankful I gave this product a try due to the other positive reviews.
I've been taking this only a couple weeks and there is a noticeable difference with my menopause symptoms. I barely get any more hot flashes. I haven't had one night waking up wet from night sweats. I also seem to be concentrating better. If I forget to take it, I notice a huge difference! Thank God I found this, I'm so tired of hot flashes, and night sweats!
