They helped me quit a while back but some stress in my life led me back to my habit. I use these and they taste great, are small, curb my smoking, and will help me quit again. I love the bigger size bottles because they last me a while.

In the span of a year he lost both his grandfather and sister to lung cancer and you would think that would be incentive to stop but he still continues to smoke away. These lozenges do help to cut the number of cigarettes per day down to about half. He says the flavor isn't too bad and they do help with the cravings.

I don't have bad cravings a cutting cold turkey. I have stopped smoking for over 2 weeks now. Longest I have quit. The mint flavor is not strong. At 4 mg, they gave me a Head Rush every time I put one in my mouth, which was kind of weird and enjoyable at the same time. I would not recommend while driving.
