I love equate meal replacement shakes. They help me get nourishment when I have to take care of my husband who is just home from hospital after surgery. I sometimes don't find the time to eat properly so I grab a Vanilla Shake out of the fridge, sit down and enjoy it. The flavor is smooth, the shake tasty and actually it feels like I am treating myself. Next time I will try the chocolate flavor but I do prefer the vanilla. The price for the Equate brand is so much more affordable compared to the major name brand. I would recommend anyone who wants a wee bit more nourishment to buy it and try it. I don't think they will be disappointed.
Equate Vanilla Nitritional Shake. I like this product immensely! The taste is wonderful.. These shakes are filling and a wonderful meal replacement. I have 1 for breakfast and it catries me to lunch and beyond. The nutrients serve me well throughout the day, via an improved level of energy not experienced prior to adding this to my daily routine. I keep a shake with me when away from home to satisfy my appetite rather than stopping for fast food or indulging in unhealthy snacking. These shakes not only save me empty calories, but also save me money! I also use the strawberry flavor which is also quite yummy.
These are great tasting , nutritional little shakes that fill you up ; and tide you over until your next meal . I do the “Cyclic Fasting” , due to health issues . I have one of these , then nothing but water until I eat my evening meal around 6-7pm . So , only one meal per day . These have helped curb my appetite in order to do so . I lost 50 pounds very quickly , and I look and feel so much better . DO NOT DO THIS WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST .
Very filling. A good quickie breakfast. A bit flat on taste, however. A bit more flavor would be desirable.
love the fact that its very similar to ensures in taste but different on prices! i buy them for my grandpa who is currently in my care and has had to have hospice brought in. with that being said he doesn't eat like he should bc he does have stage 3 cancer, but he absolutely loves these!
This is supposed to be meal replacement, not protein drink.
I WISH THIS WAS NOT SEN TO ME INSTEAD OF MY ENSURE. IF YOU NEEDED TO REPLACE IT COULD HAVE BEEN WITH A LARGER AMOUNT OF RHE REGULARD ENSURE. THE WALMART WAS TERRIBLE TASTEING PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME THIS PRODUCT AGAIN, TEXT ME WITH A REPLACEMENT TO MY REGULAR ORDER--AT NO TIME WHEN I WAS ORDERING DID I SEE OUT OF STOCK ON MY REGULAR ENSURE. i honestly just do not like the flavor a very off vanilla taste mixed with whatever else they throw in there, the heaviness of it just does not hit like the ensure ones. and i typically throw up when i drink them, while i can hold in the ensure ones. so if you have a delicate stomach, DONT
1) My instructions were not followed. Again. 2) Order left between public street door and secure/locked door of building entrance. Anyone could step in and take the order. 3) As I am physically unable to lift these packages, I requested they be brought to MY door. 4) As I didn't see the delivery person they received no tip. If they had come to my door they would have.
