I used to use Coppertone this is WAY BETTER. First of all, if you're tired of running out of Sunscreen this is the PERFECT SIZE at a much better price point and to top it off it smells incredible like a coconut island vacation in a bottle, and to top it off - This is the only one out of 3 other brands that actually stops me from burning. I have this one the SPF 75 and the SPF 50 Spray so I will be a customer for life. I also put it on my face it's very hydrating and my overall skin tone has improved tremendously. I wash it off with my Aveeno foaming face wash it's a perfect combination. Thank god I was burning every day but not anymore. Thank you.
This is a very heavy, creamy sunscreen lotion that protects your skin while you’re spending time in the sun. This SPF 50 lotion is a broad spectrum lotion that doesn’t contain harmful ingredients. It has clear instructions listed on the bottle to tell you how you should use it.
This is a good quality sunscreen that I have used for several years . It is equal to the name brand in coverage.
It definitely works! My bf couldn't reach his back lol and went on about his day. You can clearly see where he got the sunscreen and where he didn't lol. We were in the pool for a long time, longer than 80 minutes. And he didn't reapply. Definitely recommend!
Take it from someone with Fare skin who worked for the United States Postal Service for some time, this sunscreen is the best out there. Equate does a fantastic job of creating a non-oily sunscreen that is effective and sensitive enough to wear on one's face (I never had a problem with Acne after using this sunscreen). I have about 6 bottles of this sunscreen in my bathroom cabinet as I was afraid they might run out on me! This is the only sunscreen I use and am very happy with it.
Consumer's Report is right! This sunscreen goes on fast, NOT greasy.....smells like coconut.....nice........ I would redesign its container though. Due to rounded surfaces, it's impossible to set down upright while one is applying one area, the next waiting. I'm glad that I bought TWO!
I applied this sunscreen on my face as an every day sunscreen and it worked well, I had no breakouts or burns, however, people are correct about the unnecessary scent, you should probably go with the sport version of this since I wanted a 16 oz. bottle.
I saw the good reviews on this sunscreen and how affordable it is and decided to try it out. BIG MISTAKE! I used this on a lake trip and applied AND reapplied following the bottle's directions. When I got home I discovered that my chest, shoulders, and back were all SERIOUSLY sunburnt. It literally looks like I never even put on sunscreen.
I took this sunscreen to the beach. I reapplied four times over a period of four hours. I was still burned to a crisp. I wouldn't say this is water resistant at all.
I used to love this sunscreen! It is thick and ultra protective. However, the formula has changed. I ordered 2, and I had to throw them away. The scent is horrible! It smells like horse manure! Walmart, what did you do???? Please go back to the old scent.
