Have been needing to replace my antique glass, mercury thermometer for years, and decided to purchase a two pack of this brand, one for the humans and one for the pets. Having used this product at my vet's office for years, I knew it provided accurate results. Was surprised to find a bonus thermometer and a note from the company in my order. Now we have a back up, thank you! Previous reviews mention that the product was missing a case, I think they misunderstood the description, hard case is referring to the fact that the thermometer is housed in a hard case, not that it comes in a separate "hard case"
It is easy to use. I haven't had a need to use it, but I tested it on myself and my husband and it read normal temperatures fine.
Could not buy any thermometer from CVS or Walgreens because there were none to buy. I bought these on line at Walmart. Bought two just in case. They both work fine. So glad I was able to find them.

This product is great! It works really well, it's very easy to read and I received it sooner than expected. I only ordered one thermometer and they were super nice and gave me an extra one as a gift. They also left a really sweet note too. My family and I are very satisfied with this purchase.
Sturdy thermometers. Only dislike is they are short and hard to hold under tongue without part of base end in mouth. They seem to work good with digital readout. Good price though.
Quickly shipped and works quickly as advertised (so far) but i don't know yet how long it will last ...(?) Also, the product did not come with the protective plastic guard as advertised, so hence 4 rating rather than 5
I ordered this because it said it came with a case. It doesn't have one. Otherwise the thermometer seems fine.
It is easy to use and measures quickly, but it is measured a whole degree lower when compared multiple times to other digital and glass thermometers I have.
I received this with the battery dead. It really doesnt do me a lot of good without a working battery. I rather resent having to buy a new battery before I can test it to see if it operates correctly.
