Great replacement filters for our Eufy

I love my 11S max. I didn't like the 11S with its awkward triple filter. The 11S max is a huge improvement, it's working fine after I think a whole year!
Fits perfectly. Packed very nice.
These filters seem to be harder to clean than others I’ve had in the past. I know my sons Eufy filters are much easier to clean but they are a different style.
These filters get clogged quickly. I would prefer ones that could be cleaned out and reused for a bit longer. It gets costly replacing them often. I do "blow" them out, but that only works so much.
All the dirt attaches to filter and doesn't go in dirt receptacle. The filters that came with vacuum didn't do that.
Did not get the item I ordered
Your sales person told me the S11 parts would fit our machine,but it didn't fit.
I have been trying to contact you in regards to the return of these filters and NOONE has responded.
