It's easy to set up and connect with my cameras. I hate that after a couple of yrs my first one fried. But was happy to be able to replace it. Thank you!
Even though the unit works great and connected easily, I also received with the unit a power cable and patch cable. That’s ok except the webpage stated it didn’t come with them. I also ordered the cables and now have two sets. I was ok’d to return one set of cables for a refund but I am told I need to pay for shipping. I think the company should pay for it as they are responsible for the error!

I had to purchase the Eufy Homebase 2 to use with my Eufy Pro 2 cameras I purchased at Sams Club. These cameras wouldn't pair to the base or my phone. No Help from Eufy Support! They kept telling me the same thing over and over as though I was going to receive a different result. This is the definition of insanity!

I should've read other reviews before making the purchase. The homebase died within a year and half, and the warranty expires within a year. I think it's a scam that they intentionally make the product to fail within a certain period of time. Contacted the customer service just to see any solution to fix. So many communication back and forth, and I have to explain everything as I contacted them first time. They don't read the previous message at all. They offered 15% discount for the next purchase, but I need to make the purchase 1st. So 15% discount may be in the form of store credit (not cash). Considering the quality of the product and customer service, I will never use Eufy anymore. So bye bye.
