Excellent value for the price (our local store was around $57). Stepping up from the cheapest models gets you noticeably better padding (including the armrests being softer) and the lights feature. This "greystone" model has the soft, ultrasuede fabric like the cactus one. In person, the main body color is a bit lighter and cooler gray, and though it's difficult to see, there are some nice black "leatherlike" trim accents. Very easy to use, lightweight, and narrow enough to fit in limited seat space. Shoulder area contour seems adaquate for most kids. Head pillows might not necessarily work well for sleeping (depending on the slope of your car seats), but that's a trade-off we are okay with so our child can see out the windows. Our 4-yr-old loves it...we plan to buy another for the other vehicle.

Difficulty with product

I bought and returned three of these car seats because none of them had the instruction manual included. I called Evenflo who told me I needed to go back and get another one in order to get the model number and manufacturing date so they could send me the correct manual. This is an awful lot of trouble to go through to get a simple booster car seat. The seat looked pretty and seemed fairly sturdy, although the fabric cover is hard to keep on and there is a very flimsy release handle. I don't know about durability, but this site requires an answer to every rating topic so I put one.
