I really liked this seat for my son who is extra tall and grew out of his Snugride because he was too tall at 6 months. This seat was the only seat that would fit in my husband's car rear facing. The fabric was easy to clean and it was fairly easy to take on an airplane at Christmas time. My son especially loves the seat now that he is forward facing. I would recommend this seat.
I really love this car seat. It was very easy to set up and install in my car. It's so nice that the drink and snack attachments unattach so I have more room in my backseat. The five-point harness makes it so easy to get my son in and out of the car seat. The only two things that I do not like about the product is that there is a body pad for more comfort but it does not attach, it just sits in the seat, so each time I try to put my son in the car seat it moves so I just don't even use it. Even so, my son must still be comfortable in it because he falls asleep practically every time I put him in it. Also, my son is a big baby and the product recommeds not to use the top two strap adjustments for rear-facing because they are not guaranteed to be safe in an accident, but that would be impossible for my son and more complicated when putting him in it so I have to use them. This car seat is simple, uncomplicated, and sturdy and that's why I like it so much.
I think this car seat was perfect for the money I spent. I have looked at other car seats & most are pretty pricie. My son hated the infant car seat & would cry each time I would put him in it. Since I have had this one I haven't heard a peep. I also love the fact that it has a cup holder & a place for snacks. I think it was a great buy.
We were so tickled when our son picked this item for their new baby, and found it at a great price at Walmart. They received the product they wanted and we received a great savings. The best thing was that it was delivered right to their door and in time to bring the new baby home. Thanks for carrying such a great product.
We've only had this car seat a few weeks but my 6 month old son seems to love it. We purchased it as he was going to grow out of his infant carrier and are currently using both seats (one in the car, one in the truck). He shows a real preference for this seat over the carrier. The foam and padding are very comfortable and the safety of the seat seems to be very good for the money.
This product is great. My daughter love it. She was so excited when she could be turned around. It is a really great product.
The car seat is nice and durable when washed. The only negative I have is that it is really hard to put in a backward position. The belts are hard to get around the base of the car seat and takes a little time to get it tighten enough. Other then that I am pleased with the item
The car seat is great overall--seems very comfortable. The only problem is that the cup holders don't attach very well and the fabric over the seat comes up at the bottom. These are minor issues, though, and I would recommend the seat.
i did a lot of research before buying a carseat for my daughter, but was still worried about buying one. I took a chance and ordered this one and had it shipped to my local walmart ( which saved me $15 ). I was really pleased with it, although it is alittle bulky with the snack attachments on, so I left them off until my 1 yr old is able to actually use them. my daughter is on the thin side and still sitting backwards at less than 18 pounds, but fit well in to the seat, she seems very comfy. Afew days after we received it we went on a trip with a 6 hr drive time and she seemed comfortable the entire time although her head looked uncomforable when she fell asleep. The quality seems good so far, we used an evenflo infant seat until a week before her b day. I wish it reclined a bit more when facing backwards and was a little slimmer for other people to fit better, but over all we are very pleased with the seat. As long as you don't need 2 kids side by side it works great.
I bought this for my daughter when she was born and it was fine when she was too small to wiggle but when she was 9 months and started squirming, she manages to get her arms out of the straps. I tried tightening them but then they get too tigh on her legs. Great cushioning for infants, didn't have to put rolled blankets around her head for support. The straps are definatly hard to understand but once you get it in the car it becomes easier.
