[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the Pivot Xpand Second Seat for the Pivot Xpand Modular Stroller was a game changer. My wife and I were able to convert our single stroller into a double stroller with just a few clicks. It was so simple to set up and install. We have two children, ages 1 and 3 and this stroller with the second seat attachment is perfect for our family. Our daughter can ride in the top seat, facing us and our son rides on the bottom portion facing out. He can jump in and out of the seat easily if he wants to run for a few moments and can climb back in when his legs are tired. Our three-year-old is a very tall child and still fits comfortably in the seat. Our favorite part of the second seat is that it can fully recline. When we are going on long walks or are out and have a sleepy child, we can fully recline the seat and provide a more comfortable place for our kids to nap than other strollers. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller attachment. We frequently go on walks to our local park and around our neighborhood and this stroller and second seat attachment have been perfect.

My 1 year old had to switch to the second seat because he's getting so big and the car seat was to small. I love that it's all black so if it gets dirty you can barely tell. It's very easy to wipe down though. I would definitely recommend it to all moms who like to be active with their kids.

Being able to make this stroller either a single stroller or double stroller is a real game changer! This made taking my two youngest babies out loads easier! The second seat is so easy to put in when you are ready to use it. You flip a single handle on the bottom of the stroller base and the seat slides right in! It isn't bulky at all, so storing the seats or putting them in the trunk of your car is super easy and they fit so well. I am able to set the seats at different reclines for the developmental stages of both of my babies, which is nice because one likes to ride sitting up, while the other needs to have a good bit of recline. The style is very minimalistic, which is something I like, but other may want a fancier look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Xpand before our 3rd baby was born and I have really truly loved it, but as my baby is getting older, she is getting more and more uncomfortable in her car seat for extended periods of time. I was so excited to receive this second seat for free in exchange for my review! I already loved the toddler/second seat in combination with the car seat and stroller, but I am really enjoying the stroller even more now that I have both seats. My baby absolutely loves being in the stroller when she's in the second seat, and I love that it can lay almost completely flat or she can sit up and look around. I do often have both of my younger children in the stroller, so this second seat really has been a lifesaver. I 100% recommend that if you have 2 littles and are using this system that you buy the second seat. These seats are very lightweight and snap in and out with no fuss or problems. They are also very compact, so they don't take up huge amounts of space in your vehicle like some other stroller seats. I really have enjoyed that I can have them facing any way I'd like or convert the stroller back to a single stroller in one easy move. love that the seats are so easy to clean and keep looking nice, too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm writing this review for the Evenflo Gold SensorSafe stroller seat for the Pivot Xpand stroller. I've had this seat over a month now and here is my take on it. I have the Pivot Xpand Modular Travel System which came with the SafeMax Infant Car Seat and a toddler seat both in (in Percheron) With little one on the way got this second toddler seat so I'll have two seats when that time comes. Even though it doesn't match the Percheron set I have. I wanted to try the Gold SensorSafe second seat and I chose the color sapphire. (My little one likes blue) As a mom I first go for function over looks so here is what I noticed. I know I'm not reviewing the (Percheron) seat but since I have it to compare I figure it doesn't hurt, to share the differences, but my focus will be on the Gold SensorSafe series seat. Both seats are amazing but if you are unsure of which to purchase I hope this review helps you decide what's best for you. Off hand the comparison of the two seats I can truly see why this sapphire one is labeled as “Gold” The overall look: though it's called sapphire blue; to me is more of a shiny navy color. The sapphire blue fabric is paired with a darker teal fabric and has a rust brown accent trim on the foot rest, strap cushions and the visor. I think this seat looks pretty classy! The Percheron seat is a gray seat with a texture gray visor, black accents and a silverly reflective trim. With color aside, both seats are the same size. And function the same. The biggest differences I noticed about the Gold is that the shoulder straps are more padded and about an inch longer, and upon use of taking them off and on, I realized they are also attached with a small elastic piece that loops around the shoulder buckle to hold the padded part in place so the pad doesn't slide down. I also like how the shoulder padded straps are tri-folded This really makes them more comfortable on the little's shoulders and also makes it harder for my little one to pull on them and take them off. (Which is what my little one would successfully do in the Percheron seat) I took off the padded shoulder straps and while putting them back on made the mistake of putting them on the wrong sides. I struggled with the elastic portion for a good 5 min before realizing that I had them on the wrong sides. There is a way to tell which side they go on; the Velcro opening faces outward away from your child. In order to adjust the shoulder straps you just need to un-Velcro the padded straps and loosen the buckle tabs by pulling in an upward motion or downward (to tighten) it's pretty straightforward. I also like how the buckle is a bigger circle than the Percheron. It's simple and easy to use and due to its size there's less fumbling around to clip while getting the little ones in and out of the seat. Though the buckle is hard enough where they can't unbuckle themselves. (At least as of yet) The safety bar that clicks in after your child is seated is soft, and I like how it's narrow where you can easily put some toys around it for entertaining your little one or attach a small basket. When you go to fold the stroller up for transporting it you must take the seat off, this isn't a big deal for me but I find it's easier if I leave the bar off so that way once you clip it back on you can just put your little in the seat. It would be nice if there was a better place to clip it somewhere or have a pocket you could slide it in into if your not wanting to use it right away but have it with you. With that said it doesn't take up much space and it's easy to toss it in the bottom of the stroller when not in use. The footrest has a rubberized texture section that is great! Not only do I imagine it protects against littles shoes from wearing on the fabric, but also adds a bit of traction to the little ones while there sitting there and super easy to wipe clean. The small white buttons on both sides of the seat where they clip onto the stroller have been added as a new feature! I must say I find it so much easier to push both of the buttons down and take the seat off and on. Which is different than the other seat where pushing both the circle buttons on the side of the other seat removes it. There is a zipper on the back of the sun shade and when unzipped has an expansion that really helps with airflow and looks like it allows the sun shade to come down maybe an inch further, compared to the The percheron seat which has a smaller flap for airflow that folds in one direction on the top of the visor. The only improvement suggestion I have with this would be, to have an extra flap extension that folds up inward under the sun shade to pull out to shield the babies face from the sun depending on the recline angle of the seat. Reclining the seat to numerous positions is super easy. There is a small black handle behind the head of the seat, gently pulling this handle and pulling down gently or pushing forward will lower or raise the seat position. If your hoping your little one will fall asleep or they did fall asleep, reclining the seat and turning it into a bassinet is simple. By just reclining the seat, unclipping the buckle underneath the foot rest and pressing the two circle buttons to adjust the foot rest portion upwards is all that's needed. This is nice when the little one falls asleep you just have to keep in mind it's not a super quiet or smooth transition so if your little one is a light sleeper it might be best to make this transition before they fall asleep, and keep in mind it's not super flat like a bassinet would be it gets the job done and seems comfortable when the little ones do fall asleep in it. We also had a mishap one day and my little one got sick on the seat, at first I freaked out wondering how to clean it. Let me say I was impressed! I ended up hosing it off to which I discovered the cover repelled the water. It cleaned up super easy, and then I just let it finish air drying, no stains or smell! With the variety of positions you can adjust this seat to, and with it being simple to use and clean I've been very happy with this seat!

My older child is 4 and on the taller side, so she does not fit as comfortably in the seat as my 2 year old, but they still enjoy being in the same stroller together. They like being able to face each other, although I'm not sure that's a recommended configuration. Although it is also more difficult to get the older child into the back/upper seat, the stroller is easier to steer with more of the weight in the middle of the frame. Otherwise, the stroller still looks great and now looks complete with the second seat!

The second seat is great to transform your single stroller to a double. The amount of configurations this stroller offers with the addition of the second seat is amazing. Your children will never get bored with the ability to forward face or switch to face the caregiver. The seat can be utilized on either attachment, and quickly snaps into place. No additional tools or adapters are needed. The attachment can be slid to provide additional room for each child. Both the footrest and the canopy can be adjusted to child's height and preference, and the ability to recline to 3 different positions. The seat includes a mesh window to keep an eye on your child and a bumper bar which we utilized to hang some fun toys from. The canopy seems to be a bit flimsy, but it's really my only complaint with this seat, and definitely not a deal breaker. The canopy is adjustable, just like many other features of the seat and travel system. The seat holds up to 55lbs making it worth the purchase, as it can grow with your family and be utilized far into those toddler years. The seat has a five point harness for a safety feature and the fit is adjustable as well. My favorite function of this second seat is it's ability to convert to a bassinet in “carriage” mode or switch to a toddler mode for the bigger infant or child that likes to sit up and face out. No additional tools are needed and there are 3 simple buckles to make this seat a flat lying bassinet for those younger years. It is an additional seat that needs to be packed into the car in addition to the folded stroller to make it a double on the go, but the seat is light weight, easy to lift, and compresses to fit easily with the travel system in your trunk or storage area.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pivot Xpand second seat is amazing! It takes a single stroller and turns it into a double in seconds. It's super easy to install the second seat. The adapters just flip out and the seat simply clicks in. I love that the adapters are attached and you don't have to keep up with them. When not in use, they hide pretty seamlessly. The seat has all the great features of the original toddler seat: 5 point harness, large canopy, adjustable footrest, belly bar, and my favorite thing is that it transforms into a bassinet. Having the second seat makes the Pivot Xpand even more versatile. My infant is starting to like sitting more, so letting her use the seat instead of being confined to the infant car seat is a huge plus. I also love using the bassinet mode for on the go naps. Personally I think the fabric feels a little plastic-y, but my kids don't seem to mind. My toddler said the seat was comfy and my infant likes it as well. I find it a little stiff, but that could be due to the fact that it's new. Overall it is a great addition to an already fabulous travel system. It was a great addition to an already great stroller. The seat was easy to assemble and took just seconds to prepare. Changing it from bassinet mode to toddler seat mode was a breeze! The seat attaches to the stroller multiple ways, increasing the functionality of the stroller. My babe is still wanted to rear face, but my toddler prefers to face out. Having the ability to appease both kiddos is a dream. The removable lap bar added a sleekness to the seat, making the stroller appear high-end. The harness was very easy to adjust and use. Overall, this seat was a must have addition to this stroller.
