I have had several of these for my various vehicles. This is the first one to show signs of aging as it no longer holds a charge more than a few days. Working great since 2006 - 7 years. This is way past the usual 3 years expected for a good car battery.
Purchased a 24FS for my Toyota Solara in March 2009, and it is still kicking as of June 2014. Never missed a lick, but then my Toyota has never placed any undue strain on it.
Installed April 2010 and still working great in August 2016 in Alabama heat.
Purchased battery in July 2009. Three year warranty, lasted 3 years and 5 months in Florida. Not bad for our hot summers. $2 per month for a battery. Not too bad. Battery price went from $75 to 84.
I bought this 3 year warranty battery in 10/2010. It died on me in 12/2013. Walmart tech gave me credit $9 for the core. It's average battery with nothing in extra. I bought a new one with 5 year warranty.
This battery is completely worthless. I originally bought one in Sept 2007, only to have it fail just 24 months later. I then used the warranty to get a new one and was told that only the remainder of the original warranty would apply to the replacement battery. The mechanic even put the original 9/07 date sticker on my new replacement battery. Sadly enough, the replacement battery has now gone bad, just 24 months later, again. So a battery with a 3 year warranty only lasts 2 years, back to back.....and each battery apparently doesn't get its own warranty. Oh well, won't ever buy this one again.
I got a replacement battery in September 2012. Fast forward 14 months and the battery had to be replaced. Is it really asking too much to expect a battery to last longer than 14 months?!
These batteries are the absolute worst! The first one lasted 3 years and the replacement died on me after only 2 years...with no warning! I'll NEVER buy these batteries again. I'd rather pay the extra money somewhere else so I have piece of mind that I won't get stranded again.
