I am very happy with the uniform short. The quality is great. The size ran a little bigger than I though so they didn't fit when I got them. I took them back to my local Walmart no problem and the Walmart actually carried the size I needed in the shorts and the pants, so I bought both. The price is great too!
I purchased this for my 8 year old grandson who is out of town. He is tall and lankey but these fit him great. not overly pocketed.
I recently purchased a couple of pairs of shorts for my son just to try at his private school. I was not sure they would fly since we were supposed to purchase XXXXX Uniforms. These shorts were exactly the same as the ones that are $18 at speciality kids stores. Walmart needs to stock them year round and more of them. Even public schools have to wear uniforms in our town. Today I went to two Walmarts and could not find anymore for my son. I had to order them online. I do wish shipping was a little cheaper.
I highly recommend the products in WalMart's school uniform line - not only are the items of high quality, but the price is low. These items look and wash better than the expensive versions from the uniform stores. Not to mention, these same items are almost triple in price at uniform stores. Walmart is definately the best place for school uniforms!
I loved the fact that these shorts have adjustable waistbands which is great since my son has a very small waist but is taller
Either my son gained some weight or these shrank in the wash. They are still good quality pants for the price.
It's worth more than what I paid for it. The only thing I didn't like was a distinctive smell that emanates from the fabric. Hopefully, it will go away after washing.
I checked the size chart...measured my son and ordered 3 pair of the shorts. They ran VERY large...but luckily they have the adjustable tabs inside the waistband. However, the shorts wash up nicely and are much cheaper and lighter weight than those from the uniform company his school uses. I HIGHLY recommend these shorts from walmart.
The shorts fit well but the seam ripped the first time my son wore the shorts- leaving a half-dollar sized whole for me to repair.
The shorts were fine in styling and quality but they ran SMALL! So I had to return them.
