These pants fit great, no gaps in the waist band. They have some stretch to them, so they move with you. I would suggest trying on a few sizes, I actually had to buy these in a size 8 when my other pants are usually a size 12. Stylish straight leg flattering fit. Not too long or too short. I brought them in store and online as my Walmart did not have all the colors offered online.
I am really happy with these pants. Like other reviewers mentioned they run large. I normally would wear an 18 or 16 on a good day, but needed a size 14 in these. Nonetheless they are great! They are extraordinarily comfortable. For short people like myself the petite length REALLY are petite length (most petite length pants seem like they are intended for someone 5'6" tall instead of 5' or 5'2"ish tall!). They are casual, but I work in an office that these are pefectly acceptable to wear to work.
I really love these pants. They are a great fit. They have the tie for a custom fit, which is great for me since I have an hour glass figure and I don't like having a gap on my pants. Great price too. I wish I had bought a pair in a different color before they all sold out.
I love these pants. They fit great. I do wish they would add the pockets on the thighs as I love the cargo type. But these are very comfortable and they do run large.

Pants were much too big and I had to return them. Think about buying a size smaller than you think you are. Pants were not what I expected. More casual than I thought. Also price wasn't all that great for pants of this quality. I would not recommend.
