I can't find any kind of case or gel cover to protect it. Nothing fits. You would think Tracfone would offer something to fit it. I love the phone though. Just wish I had something to cover it, in case it is dropped, to protect it.
I liked this phone right size nice structure. When I talked to people they hear some kind of noise. I wish the company would fix it. I was very disappointed cause I had to return it. If you want a simple phone this is a nice phone all except the noise
This is a good phone for the money. I got it online at tracphone.com for $39 -- with TRIPLE MINUTES FOR LIFE. It does everything a smart phone can do for a fraction of the price. Wi-fi for the web, email, all android apps, etc.
I purchased the new cell phone -- Tracfone Patriot Unimax U671C (3.8v li Ion, 1900 mAh 7.22) a year ago from Walmart and the battery is not holding a charge. Walmart stores don't carry batteries, Tracfone says "go back to Walmart" and I can't find anything that is even close to working. Triple minutes from Tracfone are worthless if the phone doesn't work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this phone. In fact, I won't ever purchase a phone or any electronics from Walmart and I'll dump Tracfone as soon as I can. I don't work with companies that don't stand behind their products.
not sure where to start on this product. when operating this, like Weather, Facebook, or Facebook Messanger, will try open, but screen will flash few times and then go blank/black. Or thing's like Google can't open at this time. Very frustrating
I was ready to switch out my unimax u671c the first time I called out on it and my friend told me she heard a clicking in the back ground it was annoying but she could hear me most of the time i tryed calling other phones and still the same problem!! so i called total wireless when they ask me what the problem was i ask them if they heard the clicking , they said yes I said that was the problem and this was a new phone. after trying to reactvate it which did not fix it. They told me I would have to reset it, I remined them that this a new phone and I had just put in all my phone numbers ( it took a long time) but I was told this should fix it so I lost all my numbers and the phone still had the clicking (they still heard it). I ask them if there was any thing else they could do no that was it ,so I ask how I could get a replacement phone? She told me I could not get one because my phone WAS NOT DEFECTIVE !! I ask her if its not defective then what do YOU call the clicking 'normal' because I never had it in any cell phone before this one so it is not normal but DEFECTIVE and I want A replacement!! I was told NO they would not replace the phone because I could still make and recive phone calls so it WAS NOT DEFECTIVE!!! So I ask her if the ringer did not work or the battery only lasted 10 minits or the screen was cracked was that not a defect if you could still make and recive phone calls?? She said Total wireless would NOT replace my phone! I told her I was going to write a bad review I had no other choice. She said that was up to me they would not replace the phone.
We have 2 of these phones and they are junk. Can't talk at all on them keep shouting off
The battery life on this phone is so low, it's ridiculous. I've tried turning off everything so I could just use the phone and it is impossible! The life is continuously being sucked out of it. It takes several minutes for a text to send! It shuts off and can't be turned back on unless you remove the battery and then reinstall it. I am so incredible disappointed in this phone. And I never write a bad review about anything.... until now.
